1. If you are dissatisfied with any product and/or service purchased from the platform, you may notify us within 7 days after purchase, and we will use reasonable efforts to resolve your issue.
  2. Except in the circumstances expressly stated in the Membership Terms and Conditions, refunds are generally not available in most other cases. We will work with you to reach a mutually acceptable solution. We will provide refunds where required by law, and in all other cases, refunds will be granted at our discretion. We will handle such situations objectively, fairly, and reasonably in order to maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with you.
  3. Your maximum claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product and/or service purchased from the platform.
  4. This policy was last updated on 1 March 2022 (the “Revision Date”). If you were a user before the Revision Date, this policy will replace the existing Privacy Policy.
